• Workshops or other activities focusing on the Culper Spy Ring

• A flotilla / boat parade on the Bantam River

• Stage coach rides or reenenactment since Litchfield was a key inland stop between Boston and NY

• An antique tractor parade

• Creating another cookbook but with a colonial flair
